Currently , I work (as needed) with a team of specialists with whom we do consulting services mainly in power projects.  Our areas of expertise are focused on procurement processes, monitoring and control, and quality assurance in meeting goals outlined for the projects. Given the level of knowledge of market, we are able to incorporate highly experienced professionals in our services. In particular we develop:

  1. Assistance in Contract Management, mainly for the avoidance of arbitration processes and in the case of being in one them, having the best possible position. Usually a good position favors contractual negotiations with the party on "documentary" disadvantage.
  2. Our team brings together the technical characteristics of the understanding of complex projects in both Spanish and English, which together with the technical , contractual and legal expertise make our work round.
  3. We gathered extensive experience in technical , legal and contract management, serving both clients and contractors and also consultants , giving us a broad vision to address virtually any kind of contractual issue and from any point of view.
  4. If necessary we can incorporate into our reports the opinion of leading experts in the legal, environment, procurement, construction, quality, hydro and thermal power (coal and gas) fields.
  5. We can issue legal opinions supported in the legal, technical and contractual interpretation.
  6. We can perform reports of analysis for contracts either in English or Spanish, and for any type of contract: EPC, unit price, lump sum, cost plus, among others.
  7. In the case of bidding process, we can perform contractual analysis reporting exclusions or offer conditions, based on the policies of our clients. These documents may be part of the offers conditioning the contractual scope, being the basis for the negotiations and contract formation.
  8. Claims management.
  9. Preparation of work plans and procedures in respect of construction projects, including: environmental, health and safety, quality plans, inspection plans of works, among others related to project management system.
